Pros: The rent is cheap because it’s rent stabilized Cons: Management does bullshit Advice to landlord: Be better and upgrade the apartments and stop being cheap

Unit B44 Pros: The building has good space Cons: the building has stopped being cared for. management has disappeared. they don't respond to anything. honestly not sure how long the building will even be safe given how many complaints to HPD there are about leaking ceilings. Advice to landlord: fix the building.

Pros: Rent stabilized, large bedrooms, large living rooms Cons: Unresponsive landlords, no working oven, cracks in roof.

Pros: regular place nothing special and a lot of pests Cons: very old electrical wiring, a lot of sparks when you plug things in, old wiring. a lot of mice and unresponsive landlords. Advice to landlord: respond to tenants

Pros: Good Location, Rent Control Cons: No functioning fire/carbon monoxide alarms in most apartments. The management is unresponsive and disrespectful to the tenants. Somewhat expected from a rent control building, but if you want any type of a repair done - you’re on your own, or expect to deal with assholes.

Pros: Convenient location, big apartments, lots of closets Cons: Constant heat and hot water issues! Apartments not maintained or updated, water damage in ceiling and windows, huge issue with pests, unresponsive management company Advice to landlord: Fix your building before it literally crumbles!
