REMOVE/ REPLACE CRACKED/ SPALLED BRICK THROUGHOUT FACADES. REPLACE LINTELS ON FRONT AND SIDE ELEVATION AS NECESSARY. Also, minor cracked bricks were repaired AS PER FIELD CONDITION. NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS AND OCCUPANCY.
