Pros: Very clean, great neighbors and community, VERY responsive super (keeps up to date on building inspections, repairs, etc) Cons: Front doors do not have good sound insulation, second floor can get too warm in the winter (cannot adjust your own temperature, water pressure in the shower is not great.
