Pros: Quiet neighborhood, newly renovated, management is generally responsive Cons: Garbage area is extremely dirty and attracting bugs. Building needs to be cleaned and have more pest control. Tenants need to pay for all utilities (gas, electric, and hot water) except for cold water. Heat comes from one of those electric units on wall which you pay for in your con ed bill. The utilities add another almost 200 dollars per month on the tenant Advice to landlord: Building needs to be cleaned more frequently, especially garbage area. More regular pest control.

Pros: Not a lot Cons: Unresponsive landlord Predatory Landlord Small rooms Paper thin walls Rude neighbors Rude Management Advice to landlord: Let the tenants transfer leases and don't be so strict on the qualifications on doing so.

Pros: There is a gym to be used. Parking available if needed. Video intercom. Rooftop and views Cons: Trash area can be a MESS trash sprawled everywhere. Gym isn't always cleaned and weights would be stolen and machines broken. NOISY neighbors. Management doesn't always get back to you right away. FOB keys dont always work. Even though its a new construction of only two years the ceiling and walls are starting to crack. Slight bug issue Advice to landlord: Get your building exterminated monthly! Have an exterminator go to each unit monthly as well.
