Pros: Nice place to live if you like roaches, mice, drilling and construction in the apartment beside you, flooding in the basement and a landlord who will not give you any of your deposit back despite respectfully cleaning and tidying the apartment before vacating Cons: Roaches... Lots of them, mice. The basement flooded. Our apartment was not finished even though he claimed it would be, had to air bnb for two weeks before we demanded moving in to the still unfinished apartment. Then the construction of the aprartment beside us started. No deposit back, not a cent... Avoid this place
