Pros: Good location, cute courtyard and porters are very nice. Cons: Managed by A&E, other locations are managed better but this one they dont seem to give a shit. Advice to landlord: Stronger pest control

Pros: I loved the surrounding area The building was very clean Friendly and helpful staff and super Laundry on site was a super plus Dog friendly Cons: neighbors were not clean and there were german roaches in my apartment from next door When I brought it up with mgmt they did not respond with a solution Advice to landlord: Respond to pest complaints

Unit H1A2 Pros: It is a nice location Cons: When we moved we had a huge problem with heating. Management promised that they will fix it but that never happened. During the summer we had a huge problem with bugs, also not a lot of help from super or management.

Pros: Large laundry room, owners responsive, clean, good location, garbage always taken out Cons: Heating system always very noisy. Loud pipes in middle of the night. Have had very loud neighbors since it’s so many units.

Unit 3 Pros: Close to everything. Clean. Cons: To much noise from above apartment you literally can heard all. Music. Conversation. People walking is inseane . And the super no efficient at all. Advice to landlord: They don’t care about you. Only you month payment

Pros: Location, Location and location! Cons: Mouses, cockroaches, lead paint, noisy floors, no sound isolation in the walls (you can hear all neighbors around),nails sticking out from the wood floor, very cheap materials, mold, bad heating, often no hot water, bad smells, etc. Advice to landlord: You should invest some money in your property, it’s not just about picking up the rent, people live here unfortunately!

Pros: Spacious and safe Cons: Had a bug issue that wasn’t met with prompt response from the landlord. Took over a week to get an exterminator
