Pros: Rooftop pool in the summer! Signature sent all year long. Cons: Some of the neighbors. Advice to landlord: Make another version of this building in manhattan

Pros: Nice windows, quiet, good light, modern appliances, washer dryer in unit, nice staff Cons: Not a lot of counter space, a bit out of the way Heard that they don’t completely return security deposits

Pros: Building staff is amazing and apartments are thoughtfully designed. Love that the building is pet friendly without any additional pet rent or fees. Maintenance is super responsive. Usually your request is taken care of within 24 hours. Cons: There’s currently a lawsuit being filed against the building accusing the building of a rent concession scheme, so that’s how skeevy we feel the management is, and every little thing costs money in this building. Advice to landlord: No one wants to rent the shitty shoebox studio for $3400. You gotta be real.

Pros: maintenance team is great, amenities are lovely, no complaints on day to day living Cons: it would be nice if the gym was open till 12am instead of 10pm

Pros: Amazing building, staff and events. They only charge for pool and gym for amenities but otherwise the building is amazing Cons: In desolate part of LIC and not the best area

Pros: Clean Nice 24/7 doormen Quick response to repair request Right next to N/W train In-unit laundry Lower cost than nearby LIC luxury apartments Cons: You can hear everything in the hallway, which is fine most of the time, but if someone comes in late and talks loud it can be annoying.
