Pros: The apartments are nice inside and it’s in a prime location close to the subway, laundromat, grocery store and 30av Cons: While most apartments have a balcony, it cannot be enjoyed as the building has been in renovation for approximately 2 years Advice to landlord: Communication with the tenants about the status of the renovations would be appreciated.
