Pros: Great soundproof for high rise, and clean public area and awesome view Cons: Very bad service team from leasing office to front desk. Slow to response and never tried to help you Advice to landlord: stop hiring your eastern european friends

Pros: It was quiet. I have never heard a neighbor Cons: The management was horrible. It made me move out. They lied countless times about returning security deposit until I threatened them legally.
