Pros: Small building. Larger apartments. No issues with heat or hot water. Cons: Landlord completely unresponsive. Most appliances fail and are not repaired. Basement floods many times with rain water and SEWAGE backup. Advice to landlord: Advise to landlord- manage the building. Even just a little.
