Unit 1A Pros: The building was well maintained and the landlady was very responsive. Additionally, the shared backyard is a great amenity. Cons: It was great having laundry in the building, but it took a while. Not necessary a complaint considering the convenience, just sometimes it was easier and quicker to go to a laundromat.
