Pros: Very well kept premises and responsive engineering for whatever issues that need fixing. Friendly front desk. Cons: Walls a bit too thin and can hear upstairs neighbors, hallway neighbors barking dogs. Advice to landlord: Good job. Was a happy tenant.

Pros: Nice lobby snd rooftop Cons: Horrible management. You place a service repair order and no one answers you. Took 10 days to get a response…only after I emailed the manager. Worst mail/package room in Long Island City! They have lost 3 of my packages, and every time you have to pick up a package you need to wait 20 minutes in line…worst! Advice to landlord: Hire more staff.
