This is the second "luxury" Greystar property I've been a resident. This property is by no means luxury - maybe on the day they opened. The property is only a few years old, but looks worn. They use cheap contractors to make repairs and paint. I've had hot water issues and leaks. It takes over a month to get things repaired. With the exception of the front desk staff -the mgmt and maintenance team are Torrendous! I'd seriously consider other buildings.

The staff at Watermark is great and the apartments feel spacious because of the layout and fixtures. The apartment is conveniently located and maintenance requests typically come same day. Only complaint is the weak hot water and the dust levels.

Great, friendly building staff along with mgmt that responds quickly to any questions or inquiries. Only real complaint is the quality of my studio Alat after the initial move-in, e.g. kitchen lights were dangling from the glue not sticking, lot of scratches on the floor (likely from a previous pet) — I’ve gotten splinters in the past and thus need to wear shoes indoors — and many of the light switches show significant wear-and-tear from prior usage (dented and titled to side). I signed my lease without visiting the Alat, so it was bit of a disappointment initially — as it seemingly felt as if the prior tenant had moved out the day before I moved in and no move-out inspection was conducted — but aside those issues, no other complaints and grateful to be living here.

Nice Bomplex and friendly and attentive staff. location-wise, it's perfect for commuting downtown. More new buildings and restaurants being added by the month which is great for the neighborhood. Overall happy here so far

Great staff, like the Btructure, place is great. A couple of items need to be addressed... 1. Smoking by Apt 17B in their apt (leaves awful smell in the hallway and our front doorway) 2. internet isn't working in the gym, so we can't use all functionality 3. our touchscreen in our apt has not been activated.
