Pros: Clean and straight forward building. Maintenance is regular and the building is taken care of Cons: Utilities are too high because insulation is bad. Hot summers, cold winters, and astronomical utility bills Dryer/washers are also sub par Advice to landlord: Fix the utility and check the metering

Pros: Great location, close to the train Clean building Rooftop access Good finishes in the units Cons: Doorbell is constantly broken Property management has an aggressive communication style and tends to blame tenants for issues Extremely loud. Right above a gym that starts classes at 6 am and the noise can be heard all the way up to the 5th floor. Noise consists of loud music, slamming weights, and class instructions. Between the train and the gym, it’s difficult to exist in this apartment Floor heating is expensive and barely works. Apartment is freezing most of the time. Advice to landlord: Talk to the gym about taking more noise cancelling precautions and tone down the aggression with the tenants.
