Unit 2 Pros: Well managed and maintained, classic Victorian house on a spacious property close to the N/W Metro, East River Ferry and several bus lines. The neighborhood walking score was 94 last time I checked and there are tons of great restaurants and bars, exotic international food markets and houses of worship. I also feel safe walking here from the train late at night. Cons: Street parking is difficult. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work

Pros: Nice building, well kept, no bugs, good location next to schools and hospitals, nice little backyard, laundry in the basement, cleaning service weekly for common areas Cons: The owner was verbally abusive for no reason, constantly telling everyone he was going to evict them during covid if he saw them outside of the house not wearing a mask, called us idiots, disgusting slobs, constantly insinuated that I was fat, told me "I clearly have issues", followed me upstairs to yell at me, called me "fucking hopeless", made snide comments about someone being Jewish, etc.,
