Pros: Management is generally responsive and helpful. Views are great from terrace and roof. Cons: Really thin walls. Long waits for elevator. Rooftop pool can get extremely windy. Building maintenance folks enter apartment with no clearance. Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Advice to landlord: Use all three elevators during peak hours.
