Pros: Nice area, close to stores and Springfield Blvd, and they have recently renovated the courtyards to look more attractive. Cons: Did not like my neighbors- a bunch of invasive and rude people lived in my court. Sometimes street parking was tough in the evening as well Advice to landlord: Better maintainence staff
