Pros: Building was large and spacious for the price. Cons: Prone to ant infestations which were never solved by exterminator. Every outlet was slathered with paint making some useless to try to use. Whoever was put in charge of maintenance was lazy and cut corners. Advice to landlord: Invest in your property.
