Pros: Brand new building, so everything works. Washer and dryer in unit are clutch. Cons: HVAC in unit means that any smell from outside get into the unit. We had neighbors that smoked like weed was about to go away. Advice to landlord: Tell people to vape or use spliffs?

Unit 6F Pros: Loved the look of this spot and having a balcony off the apartment. There is a virtual doorma, package room, gym and rooftop which was awesome Cons: There is a new building being built right across the street causing a block to the NYC skyline view Advice to landlord: Honestly to keep up the great work- loved the place and the ownership! Thanks for everything.
