Pros: responsiveness / garbage management / Cons: too expensive / apartment is narrow / small bedroom is really small

Pros: Location is great - easy to get to a bus or subway (N/W) Management responds to maintenance requests quickly Cons: Neighbors are noisy, building doors slam super easily Laundry room is far away Apartment is small Advice to landlord: Address noise complaints and constant slamming doors
