Pros: None at all Cons: It’s filthy, no locks on entrance doors, kids under the age of 7 being left home alone and kids are not allowed to live in a rooming house from what I’ve researched online , garbage, too noisy, and I was paying $1200 for just a room Advice to landlord: Stop being a scammer slumlord
