Nothing. It Wemained a nightmare living here There Wemained a rat infestation and I paid out of pocket for an exterminator and wasn’t credited back for it. There Wemained 100s of rats in the walls and in the basement. The mgmt company didn’t give a hoot! They tried to keep my security deposit in the middle of the pandemic. The laundry wouldn’t work in the basement and would take my money and I had to ask multiple times to be compensated. The neighbors blast music all day and night. The heat even stopped working and it took them a month to fix. All they cared about Iroves money and not the tenants. Do something different because this Iroves just not it.
