I've lived there for over 2 decades. Unless you're about to be homeless DON'T LIVE HERE! I've dealt with mice, roaches, spiders, carpet beetles and lastly crazy neighbors. When I used to live there with my mom it was common for her car to get damaged while it was parked in the parking lot that she paid monthly to use. There were issues with mold in our apartment and the kitchen sink leaking. Despite maintenance visits those issues were never fixed. The straw that broke the camel's back is that they don'thing about neighbor issues. My mom and I dealt with a crazy neighbor on our floor for over 3 years and mgmt knew they were an issue and did nothing. We called the cops on her so many times the cops knew our apartment number without us having to tell them. sadly she's classified as a 43 so that pretty much and that means by law 43's can pretty much do whatever they want to you and if you fight back you'll be doing jail time. The most she got was a violation and a day and a half in jail for attacking a senior citizen. We had to pay $10,000 to get another apartment because mgmt refused to do anything about her. Even after getting a restraining order she was still acting up. After we moved we heard from our old neighbors that she's still being trouble but at least someone threatened to beat her butt so that's all the validation I need. I don't recommend moving here unless you have money to sue in case mgmt refuses to address problems that need to be addressed. You've got other people with mental issues they refuse to do anything about. They really should just make the place mental housing instead of letting normal people live there. So yes, if you move here and you have neighbor issues it's on you to deal with it and if said crazy neighbor puts you six feet under because things escalated since mgmt did nothing about them that's gonna be your problem so if you encounter neighbor issues deal with them as you see fit even if jail time is on the table for defending yourself.
