Pros: Outdoor space balcony. Landscaping well maintained. Cons: Very very small kitchen, anytime their is maintenance in boiler room water bugs enter apartments .. raises rent significantly every year!! Bad landlord also raised rent while in a pandemic ! Advice to landlord: Give 3 months notice before raising rent.
