Unit 2nd floor Pros: Solid Structure. Brand new Boiler, Water Heater, Kitchen cabinets, Toilets, Sinks. Apartments on this property are in immaculate condition. Cons: Landlord very strict with rental agreement but then again this would definitely be a plus to the majority of people looking for a nice quiet, peaceful, friendly place to live. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work.
