Avoid this building at all costs. They also go by 12-01 Jackson Ave. mgmt is rude and unhelpful. Same with the super. If you need any help get ready to be talked down to or ignored. Had to deal with a rat infestation on my own. All they did was pretend to help by giving sticky traps that didn't work and said they will look into sealing any holes (which were pointed out to them) but never showed up and ignored all messages after that. In the end, had to figure out how to catch the rats and seal any holes on my own. Neighbors I spoke to had the same experience, no surprise we're all moved out by now. There were also dead cockroaches in the staircases and tons of flies in the cellar. Stayed mostly for the short commute to Manhattan, but so glad to be out of there now. Security is also not good enough. At one point there was some homeless person camping out in the basement and some people experienced stolen packages. mgmt always blames tenants for any issues.
