Unit 2 Pros: It's always clean. No over bearing landlords/neighbors Allowed small pets and guests. Cons: Appliances were extremely old Street was loud and always crowded with vehicles junk or not. Sometimes people too. Landlord was Sometimes inattentive. Advice to landlord: If it's too much work, sell it.
