Unit 513E Pros: The amenities were nice. Cons: They keep raising amenities fees and as they become used and broken. Some units have no insulation between neighbors and you can hear everything your neighbor does. Nothing against my neighbors, this building was rushed together and some stuff got missed. Also, this is a Corcoran buildings, so greed mega corporation nickel and dime'ing people. *cough* seasonal pool pass *cough* 615.00 *cough*. Also, the entrance of the building smells like dog piss and so does the stairways. That is less a building issue and more of tenant not taking care of their dogs... Advice to landlord: Corcoran stop being a greedy mega corporation.
