Pros: Issues are addressed promptly. Building is well taken care of and common areas are cleaned frequently, so no rodent problems (thank goodness). A lot of community activities, especially great for families. Lovely courtyard. Lots of building amenities including doorman, on-site cafe, gyms and parking (for a fee). Great neighborhood. Cons: Some of their policies around moving furniture in / out of the building are a little ridiculous but other than that, no complaints. Also, if you’re working from home I don’t suggest a courtyard-facing apartment. They hold many events in the courtyard that are extremely disruptive and distracting for those of us conducting business from home. Advice to landlord: Thanks for creating a great place to live for your tenants.
