Pros: I’ve lived here for a number of years and feel it’s a great value. It has 24/7 doorman, laundry in the basement and elevator. Doormen are very friendly as are the neighbors. I’ve always felt safe in this building. Cons: It’s a very old building so we have experienced issues with mice and cockroaches, though most people in NYC regardless of where they live deal with this. Walls are thin so you may hear noise or smell smoke from neighbors. They implemented COVID precautions very well. Advice to landlord: To the landlord - please be friendlier to those in the building :)
