Pros: Very well maintained building; great location steps from Riverside and subways on Broadway; charming and sturdy apartment; responsive owners and managers; live in super; gorgeous lobby; super quiet; family friendly Cons: Swing door elevator is mildly annoying but you get used to it, plus there is a service elevator if you need it. Advice to landlord: Laundry or storage in the basement would be amazing!

Pros: Responsive Super, quiet (now that bar downstairs has closed permanently), great neighbors, great location, good communication to renters when maintenance needs to be done on elevator or boiler. Cons: We didn’t have enough sunlight and mice got in once.
