Pros: Neighbors are friendly & it's close to the 1 train station. Cons: Dirty, the elevator has issues (not a good elevator at all), has had cases of apartment roofs falling, rat infestations, they give out heat when they want to not when it's supposed to be given. Lastly, the water can go on cold (no hot water) for days plus the water sometimes comes out dirty. Advice to landlord: Have better maintenance and fix that elevator - nobody is comfortable getting on it.
