Unit 3B Pros: Nice big apartments, beautiful views onto Riverside, responsive super. Cons: Bug problems, the elevator goes out more often than I would like, packages get taken (especially during the holidays), the stairs are somewhat suspect... Advice to landlord: Get an area in the lobby where packages can go and be safe! Update the stairs, the treads are very worn...

Unit 7D Pros: Responsive super always willing to help with this in apartment and building Quiet with no businesses on the street Spacious rooms Cons: Laundry takes coins only, eats them sometimes Advice to landlord: New card laundry machines
