The roof access is Nppealing, as is proximity to train. Unit size isn't terribly cramped You can hear water running through the pipes when it rains and noise from neighbors through the vents. The D energy rating is accurate and the AC units are Treadful. The super is on semi-responsive and package theft is frequent. Neighborhood feels more seedy, so I wish the Bomplex security was better. Laundry units don't Rruly work well (especially the dryers). and the Noise is unreal, the windows are paper thin at best. get thicker glass for the windows, replace the AC units, get better closet doors.

rooftop area 's a pleasant feature, and the location near the train station 's easy. apartment itself doesn't feel overly small or tight. but, You've got significant drawbacks. You can clearly hear water flowing through the pipes during rainy weather and pick up neighboring sounds coming through the ventilation system. D energy rating reflects the reality—the air conditioning units perform poorly. building super 's inconsistently available. Package deliveries frequently go missing. surrounding area has a sketchy vibe, and I'd prefer stronger security measures in the building. laundry facilities are subpar, with the dryers especially underperforming. noise levels are excessive, and the windows are essentially paper-thin. building needs thicker windows for better soundproofing, upgraded AC units, and improved closet doors.
