Pros of the building are the location, sprawling views, sunlight, overall a charming Anit The noise from the streets is borderline absolutely ridiculous. Full transparency- Thursday, Friday and Saturday it will be highest caliber noise from 9 pm - 5 am. Numerous bars and pizza shop keep drunk dumbies on the street until dawn. Also, occasional issue with mice and cockroaches spotted Be transparent with the noise. Perhaps be more proactive with rodent problem
