Its it great and everyone is friendly. Love the gym wish the outside space was open more this summer. The building is always clean. Elevators can be a little slow sometimes. Laundry is always available.

The building is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly helpful. Its a joy to live here. From Jamilet in Leasing to all three doormen I feel well taken care of. The views/amenities are unmatched. I had a rush move to NYC from LA and they made it seamless.

Very very very very goood I really love the neighbor hood and the staff memebers and I would be here again if i have the money and time to look through this apartment and I would recommend it to my fellow freinds too.

Surrounding neighbourhood has gotten very dirty, and there is now a very high population of homeless in all of the surrounding blocks.. Not sure if the building can do much about this.. but it is definitely a big negative I have found.

I absolutely love the environment and community I am in at 800 6th. In addition to this, I really enjoy the amenities that the building has to offer. Couldn’t have asked to find a better place to live!
