800 Sixth has been amazing! The apartment is incredibly spacious and has everything I could possibly want in an apartment! Everyone who works in the building has been nothing but warm and welcoming! Great place to live

We do not recommend living here at all. The management office is incredibly difficult to deal with, and we've had to beg them to treat us like humans while resolving an issue. They are not helpful and we've stopped bringing issues to them because we get more pushback than help.

Went way down hill. Neighborhood went downhill, management does the minimum. Getting appliances replaced is an ordeal. 7 eleven draws a homeless crowd that hangs there 24/7. Would not recommend, at all.

The community is great! I love the building is always clean. I always feel safe and happy. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I enjoy the area as well. There are great restaurants and coffee shops!

Very good in general. Lobby is always well maintained and smells good. Location is awesome, walkable to almost any place in Manhattan. Doormen are super nice, always polite and handing my packages quickly and nicely. Just hope the amenity space could stay open for a little later.

I love the building and especially the staff. I am disappointed with the manner in which the rent was handled, as it rose 12% from the time I signed my lease in Jan. 2022 to to the time I got my renewal lease 9 months later. The rent is above market and this building is rent stabilized. Also my annual registration falsely added $400 to the "actual payment" which is not appropriate. Having lived here for 9 months, I have made this place my home, and now it would be costly and aggravating to move and undergo another change of address. This rent hike is designed to take advantage of that situation, which is inappropriate.

In all the buildings I’ve lived in in my ~10 years in New York, 800 Sixth has been far and away the best. The entire building staff is incredibly kind and helpful, management is incredibly responsive, and the maintenance team is quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. As cliche as it sounds, they really do make this place feel like home.

Fantastic and seamless leasing/move in process. Jeremy from the Leasing Office is the best and all of the doormen and concierge are so kind and welcoming! Marcus is especially great!! Would highly recommend the building to anyone.

Great building and team, always prompt on service especially the concierge teams and maintenance teams, full of stars. Has not always been perfect but overall have been very happy with my experience here.

The building is very well maintained. The staff is fantastic. The neighborhood is excellent. I'm glad I decided to move to this building. You won't find better value in this area. Moving here will be a great decision.
