Pros: Lots of outside space around the building. Dog park. Benches. Nice driveway area - easy for travel and safety. Cons: “Door people” don’t do much. Lots of changing staff. Cookie cutter small apartments, thin walls. Package pickup in a different building.

Pros: Lawyer did help communicate with them, but once the lawyer finished their communication, the building owners went back to Miss handling the lease Cons: SCRIE is designed helps eligible senior citizens and because they want market rate, for every apartment, they do everything in their power to not adhere to the rules Advice to landlord: Please correct the leases you are mis managing

Pros: Friendly maintenance staff, responsive management, dog friendly Cons: Grounds not as well cleaned as they used to be.

Pros: Good doormen and maintenance. Living space in flexed units can be small Cons: Noisy construction during working hours starting in the early morning for weeks on end made it difficult to work from home Advice to landlord: No advice at this time!

Pros: Good heat. Small balcony. Cons: Water pressure sucks. Bad remodel design. One package room for 3 buildings. Bad plumbing and fixtures. Tiny dishwasher. No ice maker in freezer. Tiny freezer. Cheap materials. Advice to landlord: Rethink renovation design.
