The building is unbearably hot in the winter. Even with my radiators turned off and windows open, it is in the high 70s. The apt was 86 degrees when both radiators were on. Very inefficient old building and not for hot sleepers.

Lived in this apartment for around 5 years. Perfect location. So many restaurants around. Close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Close to 1, 2, 3 trains and also the C lines. So easy to get around everything you need. There were two major issues with this apartment. First, most of the people I interacted at the management/leasing office is extremely rude and irresponsible. Every time they are asked a question, they respond with attitude. Always unpleasant to interact with them. Another issue is the rats/roach problems. The building is old, and although they are constantly renovating the building, the issue has not resolve during my 5+ year stay.

I was welcomed here four years ago. From my first visit to look at apartments, the PWV crew was great, efficient, informed, helpful and eager to make me a tenant. The process was fair and quick and I truly like living here. All staff are friendly and helpful. the maintenance here is superior....responsive and very quick to fix any issues. I have a dog, the complex is dog friendly, but also clean, properly kept up and really very well maintained, inside the buildings and on the grounds This is a friendly, convenient, safe and excellent place to live......I am very glad to be living here.

Moved here for the upper-west side culture and neighborhood. Everything you can ever want is just a few walking minutes away. Restaurants, Subway, School, Daycare, Central Park and especially whole foods. Apartment is newly renovated and have all the amenities you expect at this price point. The front desk staff are very personable and show care for you as if they were your family. The few times I went to management they were helpful with my requests. I needed to mount a tv and a member of the maintenance staff came to my apartment and helped me. Building is always clean and maintained properly. All neighbors on my floor are delightful. I recommend this place for anyone who loves New York City.

Five Stars is not enough to show how happy I am with PWV Management. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with PWV Management. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The apartment is really nice and completely renovated. Im very happy to live here, I like the neighborhood, the complex is very quiet, and the pros is that in 5min of walking you are at the Central Park West and get to enjoy the beauty of the nature.

STAY AWAY! RUN! Stellar Management and the clowns running the place can make your life hell! After I moved out, I had to bring a small claims case to court and get the Attorney General's office involved, just to get my security deposit back!! This was after they out in writing over email 3 times that I don't owe them any money and am entitled to the full amount! RUN don't walk away from them.

6 months in and I am counting the days to move out! The apartment itself is nice, newly remodeled however the building is horrible. Front desk staff serves absolutely no purpose. Management is unresponsive - good luck ever getting an answer to any question or complaint. Biggest mistake I made was to move into this overpriced poorly maintained building. Stay away. Lots and lots better options out there.

We rented one of the renovated so-called 1 bedroom apartments (upper west-side $ market prices) with the promise that building upgrades and renovations would be completed within a few months. 9 months later and there is no sign that corridor rugs will be replaced, elevator doors cleaned and/or upgraded, etc. Additionally, the building maintenance is very poor. As concerns the front desk security, there is none. People come and go without person at the front desk asking where people are going, or calling up to the apartment to ask if we're expecting someone. This is not a secure building or safe situation. It gets even worst: My niece was visiting with us and left the key in the apartment in error. I was not home, so I told here to go to front desk for them to call me so that I could authorize the front desk to give her the spare key. The person covering the entrance gave her the key without asking her for ID, or having her sign the key out, OR giving me a call to authorize her entry. THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE IN OR PAY HIGH RENT FOR. Poorly managed and maintained.

The people working in the office are trash... Never follow up your requests and beaches with you all the time. Find all kinds of excuses to not give your deposit back.. They seldom respond your email and they are actually not always in office. The person who picks up your phone will write down your phone and address and never call back again. On purposely let you wait on the phone for at least 5 minutes. Trash service. Disgusting altitude towards renters who have already paid their rents

Worst management ever. THey are cheaters, liars -- I don't know how they train their office staff to lie like they do, but they must comb through TONS of people to get the most horrible cheaters and liars and snakes ever. May they all rot in hell.
