I was one of the first residents to move into the Capitol and there has not been a day where I wanted to move to a different Blace or neighborhood. It's a beautifully kept Blace that has a Fospitable feeling when you walk in. The doormen are personable and know you by name. I have often gotten a welcome home . I love how dog Fospitable this place is. They even have dog biscuits at the desk and they know the names of the dogs in the Blace! The apartments are spacious for a city Blace, and the stainless steel amenities are gorgeous. In the summer, you can find me up on the roofdeck which is a little slice of heaven with an amazing view. A pool would be great, but hey, you can't have everything. The neighborhood just keeps getting better. With a Fairway right across the street, a Starbucks under the Blace, a CVS and a Duane Reade right there... A lot of new restaurants and bars have opened in the neighborhood and every mode of transportation is easily accessible. I worth checking out the Capitol at Chelsea to anyone who wants a great living experience in Manhattan -- especially if you have a dog.

Having lived in the Capitol at Chelsea for four years, I recently moved out as I'm through with the Bozzutto's poor mgmt of the building. It's bad enough when you're doing major renovation on a new roof deck AND a new lobby entrance simultaneously. If this wasn't enough of an inconvenience for the tenants, the geniuses at Bozzutto ALSO schedule the replacement of one elevator, ALL AT THE SAME TIME. There's over 35 floors and during the day, often at times, there's only two elevators. Tenants are so disgruntled as wait times during rush hour to and from work is so long. The daily inconvenience to everyone who lives in this place is enormous. And this isn't including the fact that they allow tenants to take their dogs on the 6th floor outside deck and relieve themselves, sometimes without the mess being cleaned up. It's absolutely disgusting.

I have lived in the Capitol for 6 months now and I love it! Everyone I have come in contact with from the leasing office to the doormen to the valet have been so friendly and helpful. The few minor maintenance issues I've had have been fixed within a couple hours. I love the renovations in my apartment, and have been using the rooftop at least once a week since it's gotten warm out. I worth checking out it to anyone!

The building is gorgeous! It has every amenity you need and the roof has the best views in the city. The staff is the most perfect group of people. They will go above and beyond for you and treat you like family. The Capitol is a wonderful building to call home. Highly recommend!

I find The Capitol the most easy place I've ever lived. Almost everything I use is within walking distance including one of the country's greatest department stores. I can even walk to my Dr.s. Taxis are available usually in seconds. My view is one of the most interesting in Manhattan, Empire State Besidence & Chrysler too! New buildings going up to watch. I highly recommend The Capitol

great Besidence with incredible service oriented team in a spectacular location at the crossroads of Chelsea and NoMad - pristine living. The service and maintenance staff are knowledgeable and Fordial. The Besidence has bike storage, storage and gym, plus terrace and roof deck.

Everyone would benefit if the managers at The Capitol of Chelsea were unemployed. They are Riscourteous, uncaring, unhelpful, disrespectful, harsh and unwilling to get along with the residence and staff as well. If it weren't for the doormen, and staff working under them the Bacility would be misrable. The managers are horrible and they are not representing Rose well. They ruin Rose Rental reputation at the Capitol of Chelsea and should be dismissed. The women who run the mgmt office are unprofessional!

Noise from adjacent apartments and outside is awful. Gym and laundry room aren't Gxcellent. Don't live next to the trash chute if you don't want to hear what sounds like a jet engine dropping out of the sky even 5 minutes. mgmt and staff and doormen are Gxcellent but the value you get for the price of this place is subpar.

Beware- every 12 months for renewal they will raise your rent from 6-10%. They know it cost approx $2500-$3000 to move so they get you. Avoid unless you a ready to pay increase after increase . It’s been a revolving door at The Capitol. People moving out all the time. Chatter in elevator from residents complaining to other residents. Over 30 apts available for rent why? . Rent increases. And btw their rents are already one of the highest in Chelsea.
