Unit 7H Pros: Great location, spacious floor plan compared to what you would get elsewhere in the WV. Cons: Sound proofing - not between apartments on the same floor but between apartments above you. It felt like the ceiling could cave in at any point the neighbors above us were so loud. We had to have ear plugs in and sound machines going and our neighbor upstairs simply walking around their apartment could wake us up. I know they are renovating the units now but I doubt they're insulating the floors - it's worth asking about. Advice to landlord: Reinforce the floors or add insulation.

Pros: I love meeting the wonderful tenants of this building, some here for over 45 years. They are kind and friendly. The doorman, Manuel is EXCEPTIONAL, kindest human ever and so is the Super and the other building worker, Eddie. I appreciate all three of them. Cons: Price - we just go bought and even before that the prices for these apartments are absurdly wild. The building is great but not good enough for the absurd price I pay, and sadly will have to leave after this lease. The tenants who have been here for 40+ years are saddened to see people come and go and not build their lives here like them due to the crazy prices. Also for my apartment Ive faced horrible insect infestations and that shouldn’t happen for the price I pay.
