Pros: Location is great. If you’re on the backside of the building you have a view of a courtyard and it’s very quiet. Wood floors. Cons: Place was FILTHY when we moved in. Floors were literally caked in dirt. Dead plan…

Pros: In a great neighborhood with a lot to do and restaurants to go to. Big kitchen Cons: Garbage was only picked up a few times a week and sat in the halls.
