Pros: Doormen were cool Cons: The elevators we're always going out. Sometimes for extended periods. There wait time to get into an elevator was awful. Cockroaches galore. The lower floors are filled with low income families and they have gotten confrontational with others! Advice to landlord: Fix the elevators!

Pros: Pet friendly. The doormen are nice and welcoming. Cons: Dealing with the leasing agents is difficult at best, and downright dreadful at worst. They are rude, disrespectful and will flat out lie when you present them with facts. They are very subjective and give rent reductions to male tenants but are difficult and biased against female tenants. The elevators are always out of service, construction in the building is non-stop, and the water is turned off frequently. If you're looking for amenities, keep looking, the only one here, the gym, has been removed. Not worth the price they are asking. Advice to landlord: Hire new leasing agents who know how to professionally deal with tenants.

Pros: Lobby/doorman assistance, evening time and overnight security, laundry facilities, on-site parking garage (for a fee). Cons: After Covid-19, surrounding area shows signs of homeless/mental illness and street sanitation is sometimes lacking. Advice to landlord: For the pricing of the units, the building management should work with the city to help increase the safety of the surrounding area.

Pros: Good amount of space for the price. Nice staff. Quick repairs. Good location. Cons: Building management cuts corners. Management cheaps out on the hallway and lobby air conditioning. They keep the hallways uncomfortably hot during the summers (frequently 80+ degrees). Recurrent Cockroach problem. Inefficient hvac units lead to large air conditioning bills in summers Advice to landlord: Keep the hallways between 70-72 degrees in the summer and not 80 degrees. They hallways are way too hot. Fix the cockroach problem.
