Pros: The super is very helpful! Tenants care about the condition of the building. Some tenants sweep and mop the floors. All neighbors are kind and vigilant. Cons: Management can be more proactive about apartment updates and upgrades. It can be a hassle communicating between super and management. Had some roaches and mice but the building sends the exterminator very diligently.

Pros: For the most part, neighbors are really nice and friendly. There’s a great sense of community here. Cons: The building is old and stairs are in need of repairs. Management doesn’t get to the bottom of issues in units when called. Ongoing leak problems that aren’t being fixed at the root.
