Pros: Friendly community with great staff/responsive staff and 24hr doormen and good amenities. Move in/move out easy with side entrance to service area/elevator. Cons: Leasing office can be difficult to work with come renewal, with significant increases to existing tenants Advice to landlord: Good management of property and would have leasing office focus on tenant retention as much as vacant apartments.

Pros: The building is conveniently located in midtown east. Steps away from grand central, stores, cafes etc. Apartments are spacious and building has nice amenities like a gym and pool and lounge. The doormen and staff are extremely nice and helpful. Cons: The building has just 3 elevators servicing all floors. In addition, one elevator is always under construction because they are trying to do upgrades. This overworks the other two elevators and usually you are left waiting for a very long time. During peak hours I have waited close to 20 mins. The building is also old and could use some serious upgrades in the common areas Advice to landlord: Do elevator upgrades during night time
