Pros: Building was clean for the most part and staff were friendly Cons: -egregious year over year rent increase proposals and poor communication from leasing office throughout lease renewal process -at least 1 elevator was out of service for 18 out of the 24 months I lived in the building causing very long wait times for the elevator Advice to landlord: Focus more on tenant retention

Pros: Close to grand central Spacious apartments Closet space Allow flex apartments Staff/doormen are great Cons: Elevators are always broken. Management did a huge elevator renovation that took two years but it didn’t solve anything Building is old and outdated inside

Pros: Location, friendly doormen, good gym Cons: Very loud (neighbors often have parties, poor sound insulation, can hear street noises even on high floors) Advice to landlord: Elevators and apartments need renovation
