Pros: Clean Quiet neighbors Good laundry; Big machines God sized apartments Decent appliances Cons: Heating cannot be controlled in the apartment Cannot get access to the super Advice to landlord: A more available super would be good

Pros: Nice quiet area. The super is very responsive! Cons: Slow elevator. Heater sometimes during winter was not warm enough
