Pros: There is nothing good to say about this building Cons: Living here made my life a living hell. The people who work at citi urban management are criminal. I had no heat or hot water for months, a horrible rat infestation, sewage leaks through our electrical system, neighbors blasting music at all hours of the day, management is incredibly rude and unresponsive, and the super doesn’t do anything. Please do not consider living here!!

Unit 3E Pros: this building sucks. NOTHING good about it. Cons: No super. no heat. no water pressure. rodent infestation. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Advice to landlord: Let entire building out of their leases.

Pros: -very kind, responsive super -cheap covid rent at the time of occupancy -location Cons: -management (unresponsive/indifferent to serious issues) -rats! -terrible TERRIBLE smell -front door was unlocked for over a month -building in total disrepair due to lack of regard for the building/protecting the tenants -building manager treated the super terribly, gave no support for addressing the aforementioned issues Advice to landlord: not cool, bro

Unit 3E Pros: The super (Felipe) is great. The carson door bell is nice and being able to unlock the front door and package room via the app. The location is also excellent- right on Amsterdam, close to Trader Joe’s and less than a minute from 96th station. Cons: It’s so dirty! There is a long time tenant on the fifth floor who makes other residents uncomfortable and leaves perishable food out that brings pests into the apartment and the smell is awful. Package and front (!!) door on multiple occasions I’ve found unlocked. Landlords are inaccessible and do not respond.

Pros: Apartments were decently sized and the super is very responsive Cons: Management will not respond to any communication. Other tenant will leave trash, food, waste, etc in hallways which attracts pests. Scaffolding is never coming down.

Pros: The super is very sweet and attentive Cons: There is a hoarder who lives on the 5th floor. He collects rotting food that sits in the hallway and attracts pests. During warm days and summer months, the stairwell smells horrible.
