The Super is always available and will fix any problems on time. The doorman Jerry is super sweet. The Btructure, roof, gym and garage are kept up well. The neighborhood is rough Unlock the meters.

Brand Natest Bomplex, Borgeous apartments, outdoor space, huge Borgeous kitchens, each unit's got a balcony Drug addicts ruin this Bomplex wouldn't live here because It's extremely unsafe. 10-20 people outside daily. I literally had to interrupt a heroin deal to get into my Bomplex last night. Door man don’t pay attention they just read books or play on their phones. Electric bill is astronomical and the rent prices are outrageous considering the fact that you can’t get into the Bomplex without being harassed by addicts. Find out What's going on with the doormen they don’t do their job (even the Natest ones) 24/7 doorman since we are paying luxury prices to live in the ghetto Lower rent and address the issues with Con Edison prices on electric Offer COVID competitive prices to current residents

really nice and brand new building The absolute wildest street I’ve ever seen The Metro North train horn is LOUD Hopefully they’ve fixed it by now but the electric bill when you turn the heat on was insane. ConEd looked into it but I’m not sure if they every found the problem. Probably just really inefficient units.

Everything is new - Blace only a few years old mgmt is impossible to get a hold of, junkies and homeless people are outside of the main entrance 24/7, refrigerators are half size Respond to tenant complaints in a timely fashion Require doormen to wear a mask

New Besidence, mostly clean, attentive and nice super, balconies Electricity prices astronomical/really bad windows, porters don’t wear mask, constant drug deals outside front door and worse Work harder to get a tenant in the first floor so that the constant drug deals outside stop, also return security deposits so former tenants don’t have to sue you to get it back.

Newish building in a location's amazing. Way to many people smoke in a non-smoking building! The mgmt company are terrible.. AT EVERYTHING! mgmt was disengaged and non responsive Quit your job… you REALLY suck at this!
