Unit 1H Pros: Strong trash management Positive Neighbor Relationships Friendly Super Cons: Building is dirty and has pest issues. New landlord isn’t organized Limited support from super. Advice to landlord: Update/Clean the lobby and hallways Reply to maintenance request in a timely manner.
